Educational Background and further Training

  • Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, USA
  • Post-doctoral position at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
  • Certified in tools such as Hogan Assessment Suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Leadership Versatility Index, Lominger Leadership Architect and Voices etc.
  • American citizen. Native English speaker; fluent in German.

  • Multiple managerial roles in multicultural and globally-dispersed teams. She has worked as a Senior Specialist for Credit Suisse (CS) in Zurich: responsible for developing and delivering HR Processes bank-wide, e.g., Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Competency Models.
  • Member of middle-management, managing multiple international projects of various team sizes.
  • Independent Consultant; holding various consulting roles, including Chief of Operations, Senior Specialist and Relationship Manager. Consultant for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL; Brussels and USA).
